It is YOUR responsibility to get your sessions booked on your coach's calendar. Sessions will begin to disappear towards the end of the month. If you wait until later in the month and there are no remaining appointment times on your coach's calendar, then you will forfeit any remaining sessions for the month.
It is a highly encouraged best practice to book the full 6 weeks out to ensure you have an appointment time and reschedule it if your needs change. You may reschedule a previously booked session 3 full days (72 hours or more) between "now" and the session in question.
Sessions are non-transferrable - they are yours and yours alone to use or not.
Sessions are forfeited when one of the following occur:
- Don't show up for the session within ten minutes of it's scheduled start time.
- Cancel your session less than 3 full days (72 hours) before the session.
- Attempt to reschedule your session, but it is less than 72 hours before the session.
After scheduling a session, you will receive a confirmation email. That email includes all the details needed to join the session, cancel or reschedule your session. Please save these confirmation emails in an easily accessible folder in case you need the flexibility to reschedule or cancel. It is YOUR personal responsibility to reschedule or cancel, NOT your Coach's responsibility.
Reminder emails regarding appointments will be sent as a courtesy only. At times those may end up in your junk mail or have delivery issues, and it is still your PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY to show up for your session!
